We guarantee every item made by The Leather Trading Co TLTC period! We want your product to be with you until you pass it on! This means lifetime guarantee. Our products will not fail in its intended use.

We do not warranty or guaranty wear and tear. However, we will repair it! Simply contact us and we will instruct on how to send your product to us for repair.

TLTC covers

• your purchase from failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
• your purchase for the lifetime of the product
• your purchase from failure of materials
• your purchase from production defects

TLTC’s guarantee does not cover general wear or damage caused by extreme adventure (e.g., hanging off a cliff with your bag) or by using your product for anything other than its intended purpose (please refer to previous example). Misuse of our products including over filling, stretching, dragging. Please note all products are subject to an evaluation by ‘the Leatherman’.
